Our Social Impact Programmes
HER Sandbox Fellowship, is intentionally curated for young females looking to venture into entrepreneurship. This programme creates a safe space for young female entrepreneurs to pitch their business ideas and get free, tailored mentoring and coaching support to guide them in their ideas, access prototyping materials to support them build a Most Viable Product, and seed funding to launch their start-ups. Sandbox also runs a peer learning module in which young founders are matched with businesses running similar ventures to theirs but at a more advanced stage and given the opportunity to understudy them. Enterprises that launch successfully after this fellowship are supported to formalise their businesses with the relevant regulatory authorities.
The aim of the HER Sandbox Fellowship is to break down barriers and overtones impeding female entrepreneurship, including negative cultural attitudes, underdeveloped entrepreneurial skills, and the absence of entrepreneurial networks, policies, and regulatory frameworks that discourage the formalisation of female-led enterprises.

THE TRANSFORME PROJECT
Peoplesense partnered with Asustem Robotics to provide career and business skills training to thousands of Ghanaian youth through the TransforMe project, which Lenovo powered. The initiative was successfully implemented and helped equip the youth with valuable skills for future endeavours.
We recently had a session in Koforidua where we captured some beautiful pictures. The session was organized by PeopleSense, which provides business and career skills training. There were 50 registered participants who benefited from the training. We are excited to announce that we will head to Ho in April to provide similar training and more.
